Las Ramblas is a series of streets in central Almeria that shares a name with the famous shopping street in Barcelona. Las Ramblas is made up of four streets in central Almeria: Avenida de Frederico Garcia Lorca, Avenida del Mediterraneo, Paseo de Almeria, and Calle de Coches. Each of the streets stretches toward the Almeria Port, offering some gorgeous views of the sea. Castillo de San Cristobal
Castillo de San Cristobal is based on a large hill near the Alcazaba de Almeria. Although it is called a castle, Castillo de San Cristobal was actually constructed as a military building. The fortress consists of seven tall towers that were used to guard the Alcazaba and the rest of Almeria. Castillo de San Cristobal combines the architectural styles of both Muslim and Christian culture, making for an interesting design.
